Located in Limestone, Tennessee, we are conveniently located just minutes from Greeneville and the Tri-Cities. We proudly provide quality pediatric care for children from birth through 21 years of age.

Dr. Richard S. McGill, D.O., FAAP, is accepting new primary care patients. We welcome patients with all major insurance plans, including TennCare.

Primary Care Services

Primary care services are provided by appointment. Ask our receptionist about transferring to us today.

Well Child Exams

We have one pediatrician and two pediatric nurse practitioners that would be happy to provide excellent, specialized care for your children.

Vaccinations

We offer all childhood immunizations to keep your child protected and up to date per CDC guidelines.

ADHD Management

We are here to help you and your child navigate the unique challenges of ADHD and to develope an individualized treatment plan to ensure academic and personal success.

Sports Physicals

We are happy to provide sports physicals for a flat fee of $75. Be sure to bring any forms that need to be completed to your appointment.

Urgent Care Services

Our urgent care can assist with acute illnesses and minor injuries. We offer in house lab testing and can perform most simple procedures such as ear lavage, casting, laceration repair (stitches and Dermabond™) and more. All urgent care visits are walk-in and do not require an appointment!

Minor Injuries

We can help with minor cuts, burns, lacerations foreign body removal and more.

Lab Testing

We offer rapid COVID, Flu, Strep, RVS, and UTI testing. We also offer Mono and CBC blood work in house.

Breathing Treatments

We are equipped to provide breathing treatments for asthma exacerbations, wheezing and more.
