Richard McGill, DO, FAAP

Dr. Richard McGill is a board certified pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in both primary care, newborn, hospital, and emergency medicine. 

Dr. McGill is originally from Knoxville, TN but has been in upper east TN for the last 25 years. He was the owner of KidsFirst Pediatrics in Greeneville, TN for 17 years. He is currently a faculty member at LMU's DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. In his free time you will find him working on the farm or spending time with his four kids.

Logan Thomas, CPNP-PC

Logan is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who graduated from ETSU and Tennessee Tech. Before becoming a PNP, she worked as and Registered Nurse in multiple pediatric settings, including the PICU and the Pediatric ER.

Logan is from the Johnson City area and looks forward to being able to serve the community she calls home! In her free time, she enjoys being active with her husband, their two kids and their fur baby, Moose. She is also an active member of Risen Life Fellowship and loves volunteering with the nursery and hospitality team.

Martha Fleming, FNP-BC

Martha is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care to children and their families. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Tusculum University, Her nursing background and clinical training have given her experience caring for patients across the lifespan, with a special appreciation for building trusting relationships with children and their parents.

Martha believes in making every child feel comfortable and cared for while ensuring parents feel heard, informed, and confident in thier child's care. She especially values patient education, preventative care, and working together with families to help children grow and thrive.

Born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee, Martha is married and a proud mother of three children. When she isn't caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding horses, and shopping.
